I got this little monsters out of sugar as a present and had to find a suitable place for them. The problem with sugar decoration is, they tend to melt quickly when the get in contact with any whipped cream or frosting with cream cheese. That's why I choose meringue frosting, because it does not destroy the sugar decoration. Just put some food color in light green, teal and sky blue in you piping bag with a Wilton tip 1M and fill in the meringue frosting. Now pipe on each cupcake a rosette of meringue frosting and add the sugar decoration.
