Whether for Valentine's Day or birthdays, the silicon mold Abbraccio* is always a hit. If you cut the cake it gives you pieces in heart shape. In this case I simply used a cheesecake with raspberry sauce.
To remove the cheese cake from the mold*, it is best to freeze it for a few hours. Afterwards I simply painted it with my airbrush* in pink* to get the great effect on the outside, but if you don't have this available, you can also buy food coloring in spray bottles*. Now it just needs to defrost and can be cut, to distribute hearts to your loved ones.
